The Angels are prepping for another runway walk for this years Victoria Secret Show on December 1st.


Obtaining that look requires a lot of hard work and sacrifices. I often wonder if it's worth it, but I guess I can't answer that unless I am in their shoes.


I have a lot of respect for Heidi Klum. She just had a baby 2 months ago and is now back in action.


She told US Magazine that she is not ready yet to be on the runway which is why she is taking the role on as a host.


"I don't exercise too much -- I walk," she added. "I walk on the treadmill a little bit. I walk on the driveway. I'm very active with the children."


In my opinion Heidi looks amazing for having given birth only 2 months ago. Any faster weight loss and I would have to say it's unhealthy.


In general to achieve a very thin look like the rest of these Angels you would have to do a routine that involves mainly body weight exercises and lots of cardio. In fact, cardio might have to be the largest component of your exercise regimen.


However I warn you, don't get on a cardio machine and stay there for 2 hours. You will not see results and will only drive yourself crazy. You have to challenge yourself with some toning exercises. If these Angels only did cardio, their bodies would not appear so toned.
