  • You are eating too late.When are you going to bed? When is your last meal? If you are eating a meal that is more than 400 calories within 2 hours of your bed time then that meal is coming with you to bed and turning into body pads. Try to eat your largest meal about 3 hours before going to bed and only follow with a light snack if necessary.
  • You are not eating enough at the right times. If you are starving yourself the minute you put some food into your stomach your stomach is going to think it's Christmas and put the food away in storage thinking that the next Christmas is a year away. You should be eating 5-6 small meals about 2 hours apart daily.
  • You are not exercising enough.I have heard lots of people say that if you do only weights then you will lose weight. Well this is probably true if you are going to be eating no carbs and lifting super heavy weight. Most women are not that fortunate. They have to include cardio in combination of weight training exercise to really get rid of body fat.
  • You are doing the same routine. Your body will get bored of doing the same thing. While it's easy on the mind as the gym is a place to relax it's best that you mix your routine every single time. Your muscles need to be confused in order to develop so make sure that you change it up!
  • You are taking too many breaks at the gym. Whenever you stop to rest or chat your body cools down and you need less energy. As a result your calorie burn falls down. Keep moving and you will probably get the best results!
