To get a body like Salma you have to train with very little weight or just body weight. Salma doesn't have any thick large muscles on her body, rather she seems to be neatly toned. She has a nice waist line which can be accomplished by training the obliques. Salma also states that she gains a lot of weight in her buttocks and thighs which is fairly common for most women.
