Key to Weight loss

A lot of you have been writing to us in regards to weight loss and have been asking questions like: "Should I have whole milk vs. skim milk?", "Should I do my cardio before or after weights", "Should I exercise inside vs. outside"?


Truth is, if you ask 10 trainers you will get 10 different answers. The key is to find what works for you.


For me, the key to weight loss has been not eating anything after 7pm. No snacks, no nibbling, nothing at all. Of course this is in addition to exercising 4-5 times a week but I have made it a rule that I don't eat anything after my dinner.


The problem usually is that we set so many goals and it is very hard to maintain them all without going crazy. There are too many rules in life already, there is no need to create more.


So for this week, I encourage you to choose thing that will help you get to your goal and stick to it. See if it works for you.


Here are a few examples. Pick just one and try it. Have a big breakfast, a big lunch and a small dinner. Cut all drinks for 1 week. Walk/jog for 30 min each day after dinner. Cut all sugars out of your diet for 1 week.
