Level: 3- Intermediate

The Workout: You really don't need a gym in order to get in shape. The Home Workout is a simple but effective workout that you can do anywhere. You will be training your full body with just a set of dumbbells and a Swiss Ball. There are 9 exercises in total including lunge plus press, lower ab raise and chest press. The goal of this workout to give you a nice burn in the convenience of your own home. This workout is excellent to tone your body and maintain your shape.

Muscles Targeted: Full Body.

Frequency: Do this workout 2-3 times a week for a maximum of 2 weeks.

Equipment:Dumbbells - 5 or 8lbs, 8 or 10lbs, Swiss Ball and a mat.
