Level: 2 Beginner to Intermediate.

Workout: This workout consists of 8 toning exercises designed to give you a hot body! Exercises include quad burns to make your legs work, back rows to tone your upper body and ab exercises to tone your midsection. Best of all, very little equipment is required.

Muscles Targeted:Full body.

Frequency: Preform 2-3 times a week for a maximum of 4-6 workouts.

Equipment: Mat, a tensor band and 5 or 8lbs dumbbells.
