The Workout:The Ball Workout gives you a quick workout. All the exercises are done using the Swiss Ball in order to force you to use your core muscles leading to a nice six pack. Try this workout at home or at the gym.

Muscles Targeted: Full Body.

Equipment: Swiss Ball, Mat, Dumbbells:5 or 8lbs and 10 or 12lbs.
