Bosu Workout
Level: 5 - Advanced.The Workout: VERY CHALLENGING! The Bosu is ball that has been cut in half in order to challenge stability when exercising. The exercises on the Bosu are much harder than just standing on the ground. This workout consists of 10 challenging exercises to be repeated 3x in a circuit. Please ensure that you are fully warmed up prior to beginning this routine. The reps are high and the weights are moderate. This workout uses light to medium weights in order to define your muscles and burn body fat. Muscles Targeted: Full body. Frequency: Do this workout 2-3 times a week for a maximum of 4 workouts.
