The Workout: "Tank Top Arms" is designed to shape up your arms for the summer! This workout consists of 6 toning exercises with a focus on the shoulders. Toned shoulders are the secret to nice arms as they frame the body making the arm appear much firmer.

Muscles Targeted: Arms and shoulders.

Frequency: Preform this workout 2 times a week for a maximum of 3-4 workouts.

Equipment: 3 or 5lbs, 5 or 8lbs, 10 or 12lbs dumbbells.
