Level: 3 - IntermediateThe Workout: It's 6am and if you get up now you will have enough time to workout, get ready and get to work. Don't think about it! Get up and put some comfy workout clothes on. A total of 8 exercises, simple enough to do anywhere are just the right start to your morning. This workout will energize you for the rest of the day. So don't delay and get out of bed!
