The Workout: Who has time to spend hours working out at the gym? We are all busy enough that we can barely live normal lives and on top of that we have to do weights and cardio to stay strong and fit! Luckily, there is an alternative! To help you keep in shape we have designed a workout that compiles both cardio and weights. The busy girl workout guides you exercises that target multiple muscle groups and burns body fat by incorporating 2 minute cardio intervals.

Muscles Targeted: Full Body.

Frequency: Do this workout 2-3 times a week for a maximum of 2 weeks.

Equipment:Dumbbells - 8 or 10lbs, 10 or 12lbs, Swiss Ball and a mat.
