Level: 3- Intermediate

The Workout: I want to put on my army pants and blow my whistle and yell: "GO GO GO" but that might seem a bit too commanding. Instead I will invite you out for a pleasant workout. Bootcamp is the latest, greatest, most fun workout. Actually it feels more fun after you have completed it. So put your running shoes on, grab a water bottle and take it outside. You will be doing some jump lunges, jump squats and push ups! Oh yeah, prepare to sweat. Have fun.

Muscles Targeted: Full Body.

Frequency: Do this workout 3-4 times a week for a maximum of 2 weeks.
