Level: 4- Intermediate to Advanced

The Workout: Lean legs are hard to get. I have designed this workout with very little weight and very high reps to give you that toned look. Do this workout as prescribed and you will get a really great quad burn. For optimal results, please make sure that you are eating clean!

Muscles Targeted: Legs.

Frequency: Do this workout 3 times a week for a maximum of 3 weeks.

Equipment:Dumbbells - 8 or 10lbs, a step with 2 risers on each side.
