Level: 3 - Intermediate

The Workout: I recommend that each one of you try this workout at least once. Building strength is important in aiding you with daily activities and functions. On top of that you will need to build strength for my upcoming harder workouts! This workout is set up to train large muscles groups which is the ultimate way to build strength.

Muscles Targeted: Full Body.

Frequency: Do this workout 3 times a week for a maximum of 2 weeks.

Equipment:Tensor band, a 10 or 12lbs bar, mat.
