The Workout:This year Victoria Secret's fashion show inspired us to build a program that is specific to building super lean tight bodies. Lean bodies come from doing lots of cardio and using very light weights. This is the reason that there are 8 exercises where you are doing 20 or 30 reps per exercise.

Muscles Targeted: Full Body.

Equipment: Swiss Ball, Mat, Dumbbells: 5lbs and 7.5lbs.
